April 27 in Port Credit was a scene right out of Casino Royale as many James Bond look alikes could be seen at the dinner and 007 fundraiser for CameronHelps and its Team Unbreakable Programs.
Says CameronHelps Executive Director Carl Worrell, “It was a great evening and a successful event, with over 80 people participating in our silent auction and of course enjoying the Texas Hold’em games that were organized. I can’t thank enough the work that volunteer Sue Schultz put into the event, along with our own staff. Everyone had a good time and more importantly we were able to raise $8,500 for Team Unbreakable programs.
Based on this first fundraising event of its kind, the charity is looking to build on what it has learned to create an even bigger and better event for next year.
